The CMSA is a private event. To attend the conference you must request an invitation from on of the participating sponsors/co-hosts.

Here are the steps:

1) Fill out the invitation request form

​

2) In the form, select the company name of the sponsor

​

3) Submit

Once you have submitted your request, you will be notified that it has been received. After the request has been verified and accepted by the co-host, you will receive a confirmation email.
